Face Boss Aesthetics – Booking, Cancellation & Treatment Policy

By booking an appointment with Face Boss Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to protect both the client and the clinic and to ensure the safe and professional delivery of all treatments and services.

Deposits & Booking Fees

All deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are required to secure appointment times, reserve practitioner availability, and compensate for lost clinic time in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment balance payable on the day of your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled provided that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time. Where sufficient notice is provided, deposits may be transferred once to a future appointment date at the clinic’s discretion and subject to availability.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit or booking fee paid.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the automatic forfeiture of all monies paid. Repeat no-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations, amendments, or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit or booking fee.

Face Boss Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse repeated rescheduling requests or excessive appointment amendments.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of the clinic; however, this does not guarantee entitlement to a refund or transfer of funds.

Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.

A maximum grace period of 10 minutes may be permitted. Arrivals beyond this point may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled entirely at the clinic’s discretion, with the deposit or booking fee forfeited.

This policy is necessary to avoid disruption to other scheduled clients and clinic operations.

Treatments, Results & Refunds

All treatments, services, courses, treatment packages, gift vouchers, and prepaid sessions are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

Once a treatment has been administered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including where a client is dissatisfied with the aesthetic outcome.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept that:

Results vary from person to person;
No guarantee of specific results has been made or implied;
Outcomes depend on individual anatomy, skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, healing response, and aftercare compliance;
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results;
Swelling, bruising, asymmetry, migration, uneven healing, and temporary side effects are known risks associated with aesthetic procedures.

Treatment is deemed medically or ethically unsuitable;
The client appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
The client displays abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or threatening behaviour;
Unrealistic expectations are identified;
Contraindications or safety concerns arise;
Policies and clinic requirements have not been adhered to.
